Shipping Information

• We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
• Standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation.

Delivery Charges:

• Rs. 250 on orders below Rs. 5000.
• Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 5000 or more.
• Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. (Public holidays and Sundays are off.)

Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used cosmetic items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• Customer must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please Note:

• Return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product is damaged or wrong item received.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed within 5 days if the wrong shade or product was mistakenly ordered.
• Product must be in original condition.
• Customer pays return shipping costs for exchanges.
