At AL GHANI Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of every product before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Shipping Information
- We deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
- Standard delivery time is 3 to 6 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery Charges:
- Rs. 300 on orders below Rs. 5000.
- Free Shipping on orders of Rs. 5000 or more.
- Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. (Public holidays and Sundays are off.)
1. Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
We accept refund or exchange requests only if:
You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please note:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened beauty and skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers.
Digital or downloadable content (if applicable).
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (e.g., bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash).
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll process the refund via bank transfer or wallet method.
4. Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, product images, and proof of purchase.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange as soon as possible.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing (if not yet shipped). Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
